About the Role

We are seeking an Entry to Mid-Level System Administrator / IT Administrator to join our IT team, reporting to our IT Manager. This role covers day-to-day IT operations, user support, and system administration across our office and cloud environments. You’ll receive training on our specific toolsets, but a strong understanding of sys admin duties, IT concepts, networking, and security is expected.

The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. A bachelor’s degree is not required; relevant coursework, certifications, or hands-on experience (community college or associate’s level) are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Manage user accounts, access, VPN, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Support servers, firewalls, and patch management.
  • Assist with AWS/Azure cloud services, SSO, and self-hosted server applications.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts.
  • Troubleshoot and support office hardware, software, and networks.
  • Work with development and QA teams on test environments and IT needs.
  • Provide friendly, reliable IT support to all staff.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in IT support, sysadmin, or helpdesk (or equivalent training).
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and networking basics.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and willingness to grow.
