ICC 2025: ProveIt! Showcase

45-minute video  //

Watch the replay of Sepasoft’s ProveIT! Showcase (ICC 2025) with Mark French and Doug Brandl, where they break down why the biggest barrier to AI in manufacturing isn’t the modelit’s the data.

You’ll see how an MES-driven approach creates the trusted AI/BI foundation needed for reliable analytics and AI-ready decision-making, because AI doesn’t fix bad data; it amplifies it. In the session, the team walks through the demo architecture and data flow, showing how Batch Procedure supports batch control and digital workflows, and how SepaIQ Plus enables real-time insights with analytics, machine learning, and LLM integration.

The demo itself was built in three weeks, including backfilling 3,000 historical work orders, training a prediction model, and integrating an AI chat experience in Ignition.
