IA Sales Transition Australia

Sepasoft to Provide Direct MES Sales and Software Support Beginning 12/22/23

As announced in September, Inductive Automation has acquired iControls Pty Ltd. and launched Inductive Automation Australia as a wholly owned subsidiary of Inductive Automation. With this transition, there will be some upcoming changes in the purchasing path for Sepasoft products.

Effective 22 December 2023, all MES sales and software support for IA Australia customers will be provided by Sepasoft directly. Inductive Automation Australia will continue to be your path for all Ignition purchasing and support. Please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions below for additional details.

Our goal is to provide an easy and seamless transition for everyone. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your IA Australia Sales Representative if you have any questions or contact us at sales@sepasoft.com.

All software support will be provided by Sepasoft directly. IA Australia will not be providing Sepasoft Software support.

How does my annual Support Plan renewal process change?

Similar to the sales process summarized above, the biggest change to your normal process is obtaining two quotes for Support renewals, one from Inductive Automation Australia for Ignition, and a second from Sepasoft for MES. If you had previously been receiving Support renewal reminders from iControls, you will need to confirm the contact details that you would like future reminders sent to. This contact information will be provided to Sepasoft with your permission.

Although Ignition and MES modules commonly share the same license key, Support must be renewed through the two separate companies. Support Plan details such as renewal dates are aligned as much as possible between Inductive Automation and Sepasoft in order to simplify the process.
