A new powder production area was equipped with a user-friendly HMI powered by the Sepasoft Batch Procedure Module, giving operators a seamless production experience.

The solution enables end-to-end batch tracking across all production stages while automatically recording ingredients, process parameters, and production data in detailed batch reports. This provides enhanced traceability, improved product quality, and valuable production insights.

Developed in close cooperation with Swedish Match, the project showcases how modern batch management can drive both efficiency and operational excellence.
