The customer wished to upgrade their OEE/Downtime module prior to adding additional lines to the production model. Since the upgrade they’ve successfully added two more lines to Ignition that utilize OEE/Downtime. This was also a necessary step to upgrade Ignition beyond version 7.9.11.
