At Sepasoft, we’ve been building manufacturing execution systems (MES) since before MES had a name. Our roots go back to the 1990s, when our team began developing software to track and manage production on the plant floor—long before digital transformation was a buzzword.
As we worked with manufacturers across industries, a clear pattern emerged: production data was scattered across disconnected systems, or worse, collected by hand. These silos made it difficult to answer critical questions about performance, capacity, and quality. So we set out to change that.
We developed a modular MES platform built specifically for Ignition by Inductive Automation, designed to unify production data and transform it into actionable insight. Over the years, we’ve expanded our suite to include solutions for everything from OEE and traceability to batch execution, procedure management, and manufacturing analytics.
