How do I sign up?
When you purchase new software covered by an active Sepasoft support plan, your team is automatically eligible for QSP. After your purchase, our team will reach out to schedule your initial QSP kickoff call.
What does it cost?
The Quick Start Program is included at no additional cost for customers who purchase Sepasoft software with an active support package. It provides early planning guidance that many teams would otherwise need to source through separate consulting or implementation services.
How long does it take?
The QSP timeline depends on the size, complexity, and readiness of your project. The program begins with early planning and design discussions, then continues through implementation with regular cadence meetings to review progress, answer questions, and provide technical guidance.
Is QSP required?
QSP is not required, but it is strongly recommended for teams starting a new MES implementation or expanding Sepasoft into a new area of their operation. Our support team can often tell early in a support call whether a project used QSP because those teams typically have clearer requirements, stronger architecture, and fewer avoidable implementation issues.
Can integrators participate?
Yes! We recommend including the integrator or implementation partner so everyone starts with the same understanding of requirements, architecture, best practices, and project risks. QSP is designed to support the project team, not replace the integrator’s implementation process.
Does QSP replace implementation services?
No. QSP provides planning guidance, technical review, and best-practice recommendations. Your team and implementation partner remain responsible for project execution, configuration, validation, and delivery.
